| new xanga site..........
http://www.xanga.com/private/home.aspx?user=gypsy_tales | | |
| Went on another run yesterday. Every run I take I tell myself to
quick get home and write down my thoughts. Unfortunately, I
couldnt get on my site. Needless to say, the profound
thoughts are long past. Hopefully they'll come back to me
someday.
Leave for ETOWN sunday. Excited but a bit nervous.
New xanga site to come. A new site, and new look for a new year
and experience. I'll try to keep it updated.

what a summer so far ...it's been great overall
I think it has been great because I'm feeling great. I'm excited
about going to Etown in the fall, I'm spending great, quality time w/my
rents, and working hard everyday. I've kept it relaxed this
summer, without a ton of camps or trips, and it's paying off.
It's nice to be able to know that I can plan things any day.
Recently I have spent my days mulching and weeding the gardens around
our house, playing tennis, running and exercising, and hanging out with
my girlfriends. I haven't gotten to read all the books that I
wanted, but i think that's because i want to read this book on economic
developtment, but really want to just read a fun story. Next week
I am going to a global health conference for a week!!!!!!!!!! I'm
pumped!! I hope I meet some really interesting people there too.
I am just really excited to be educated on how I can best affect the
world. I am so passionate about social justice, peace, and
humanitarian issues, I just want to make a huge difference.. That's
where education comes in. Unless I educate myself on how to make
these changes, I will not be most effective. That's where I am
now, even though i would really love to be out around the world meeting
people and helping people. It's such a balancing act with the
goal of moderation in this life.
peace
